Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra was invited to the Asia Orchestra Festival 2013 at Daegu

Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra will appear at the Asia Orchestra Festival 2013 at Daegu City, Korea.
This large scale international festival, held from November 29 to January 29, will also celebrate the renovation of the Daegu Citizen Center. Starting with the opening performance by the Daegu Symphony Orchestra, ten orchestras from Korea, China, and Taiwan are going to perform.
The Tokyo Philharmonic was invited to represent Japan, which is also anticipated as a musical prelude to the 50th anniversary of Japan and Korea normalization of diplomatic relations in 2015.
The Tokyo Philharmonic's performance is already sold out.
