We respectfully inform our audience of March 26 Afternoon Concert in Shibuya postponement:

In order to prevent spreading of coronavirus, we have decided to postpone the planned “Afternoon Concert in Shibuya” on March 26. However, we are pleased to reschedule it in August with the same conductor & the same program. To the many who were looking forward to this performance as originally scheduled, we sincerely apologize and would appreciate your understanding.

Postponement & rescheduled concerts:

Notes:

-Your ticket will be valid for the same seat for the August concert.
-For the customers who cannot come to the August concert, we are offering a refund.

-We will surely announce the details of the refund in the following methods. As the tickets will be necessary in either case, please keep them as they are without tearing.

　　1) For customers who purchased tickets at Tokyo Phil Ticket Services (on the phone): We will send you an envelope with details around late March.

　　2) For customers who purchased tickets at Tokyo Phil Website: we will send you an envelope or e-mail with details around late March.

　　3) For customers who purchased tickets at the following ticket centers: Each ticket center will contact you with details.
