We regretfully had to cancel our subscription concerts scheduled on August 13, 14, & 18, as our Special Guest Conductor, Mikhail Pletnev, who resides in Russia, was not able to come to Japan because of the unpredictability of travel restrictions. Again we apologize to our audience who have been looking forward to the performances.
For customers who have the tickets and who requested the concert ticket(s) at another venue, we sent out a letter with details to reach you around August 20. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and hope that you can look forward to our future concerts.

◆Please fill out the enclosed “return form” and send it in the enclosed envelope to the Tokyo Philharmonic Ticket Service postmarked by September 15, Tuesday, 2020.

◆If you have tickets for the March 2020 concert, please include them in the envelope. If you purchased multiple tickets, please include all the tickets. If you have already returned your tickets to us, it is not necessary.

◆If you have purchased more than one ticket, we will refund all of them to the person who purchased them.

◆We will process the “return form” one by one and transfer the ticket value to you by the end of December. Please note that there may be a delay in payment depending on the circumstances, but we will make sure to transfer the money by the end of December.

Notes:
◆We need to receive the “return form” postmarked by September 15, Tuesday. Please note that no refunds will be made to the customers who submitted the form after the deadline.

◆Tickets with stubs torn or tickets that have not been submitted by the due date will be considered invalid.

◆Please understand that there is no compensation for various commissions at the time of purchase, travel expenses, accommodation and parking fees.

◆ We are planning to perform the same program in our March subscription concerts in 2021.

The number of performances has been drastically reduced due to the corona epidemic, and the number of concertgoers has been limited in order to prevent the spread of infection. Your support is a great strength for the survival of the organization. We will again be accepting donations by declining to refund tickets, so we would appreciate your consideration.
