We respectfully inform our audience of May 6 concert cancellation

In response to the request from the government following the declaration of a state of emergency in connection with the new coronavirus infection, the "21st Weekday Afternoon Concert" scheduled on May 6, Thursday, 2021, has been cancelled.

While the conductor, Andrea Battistoni, has already entered Japan and is under a 14-day quarantine period, it is with great regret that we are unable to hold our Afternoon Concert with our guests at the venue. We sincerely apologize to the customers who have been looking forward to this concert.

Our performances after May 12, Wed, are currently scheduled to be held. In case there are any changes, we will announce on our website.

Cancelled performances

For the customers who already purchase tickets, we are going to refund your payments for this concert.
We will surely contact you about refunds in the following methods, so please be patient.
Your tickets will be necessary for the refund procedure, so please keep them as they are without tearing.

Refund methods

- For customers who purchased tickets via Tokyo Phil Ticket Services on the phone or website:
Details of refunds will be mailed to you in a sealed envelope.

- For customers who purchased at Ticket Agencies:
Customers who have purchased a single ticket at ticket agencies will be contacted by them. If you have purchased a set of Afternoon Concert tickets, the Tokyo Phil will send you a sealed envelope with information about the refund.
