In order to prevent spreading of coronavirus, we have decided to cancel the planned subscription concerts on April 12, Sunday, 14, Tuesday, and 15, Wednesday to be conducted by Maestro Yutaka Sado. We sincerely apologize to the many who were looking forward to these performances.

As the concerts will be cancelled, we are going to refund your ticket payments, depending on the method of your purchase as below. Your tickets will be necessary for the refund procedure, so please keep them as they are without tearing.

- For customers who purchased tickets via Tokyo Phil Ticket Services on the phone:
We will announce the details of the refund by land mail.

- For customers who purchased tickets via Tokyo Phil Ticket Services website:
We will announce the details of the refund by land mail or by Email.

- For customers who purchased the subscription series tickets:
We will announce the details of the refund by land mail.

- For customers who purchased tickets at Bunkamura Ticket Center, Suntory Ticket Center, Ticket Pia, or eplus, each ticket center will announce the details of the refund shortly.
