As the concert is cancelled, we are going to refund your ticket payments, depending on the method of your purchase as below. Your tickets will be necessary for the refund procedure, so please keep them as they are without tearing.

- For customers who purchased tickets via Tokyo Phil Ticket Services website:
we will send you an envelope or email with details.

- For customers who purchased tickets at Ticket Pia or eplus, each ticket center will contact you with details.
