[Preventive measures against COVID-19 infection]

Emergency contact information

In the unlikely event that an infected person is among the visitors, we may contact your emergency number in cooperation with the national government, public health centers, and other local public organizations.

♦︎Tickets purchased through the Tokyo Philharmonic Ticket Service

We may use the purchaser's information obtained at the time of purchase as emergency contact information.

If the person who purchased the ticket is different from the person who will be attending the event and does not wish to use the purchaser's information as an emergency contact, please be sure to write the visitor's name and emergency contact information (phone number, etc.) on the back of the ticket stub in the margin. (If there is no indication, we will use the purchaser's information as emergency contact information.)

♦︎Tickets purchased through play guides (other than Tokyo Phil Ticket Service)

"Visitor and Emergency Contact Form" will be handed out on your visit at the concert venue. Please fill out and submit the form with your name and emergency contact information (phone number, etc.).

We will collect tickets from all audiences when you leave (to eliminate the ticket collection at the time of admission). The tickets and emergency contact form will be kept in strict confidentiality and will not be opened for any other purpose. The tickets will be stored for one month after the performance and will be incinerated.

We will take every precaution possible and appreciate your cooperation!
