Request for emergency contact information

In the event of an outbreak of infection among visitors, we may use the purchaser's information obtained at the time of purchase as an emergency contact in cooperation with national organizations, public health centers, local public organizations, etc.
If the person who purchased the ticket is different from the person who will be attending the event, and you do not wish us to use the purchaser's information as an emergency contact, please be sure to write the name and emergency contact information (phone number, etc.) of the person attending the event in the margin on the back of the ticket stub.
(If this information is not provided, the purchaser's information will be used as the emergency contact information.)

(1) If the person who purchased the ticket is attending the event:
the purchaser's information will be used as the emergency contact information.

(2) When a person who is not the purchaser of the ticket comes to the venue:
Please write the visitor's name and phone number in the blank space on the back of the ticket.
If there is no information on the back of the ticket, the purchaser's information will be used as the emergency contact information. If the person who purchased the ticket is coming to the event, there is no need to fill in the form.

Handling of emergency contact information

Personal information obtained as emergency contact information will be used by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, and will be handled with the utmost care in strict compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws, regulations, and guidelines. (We will not disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the case of providing such information to national organizations or local public organizations such as health centers, as permitted by law.

On your visit to the venue

-Please wear a mask at all times, including during the performance. If you are not wearing a mask, you may not be allowed to enter.
-Please wash your hands frequently, disinfect your fingers, and follow proper cough etiquette.
-Please take your temperature at home before coming to the venue.
-Please refrain from entering the venue if you are unwell or suspected of being infected due to the following symptoms.
◆If you have a fever,
◆If you have a cough, sore throat, etc.,
◆If you have visited a country or region where the infection is spreading within the past two weeks.

In order to avoid overcrowding at the entrance to the concert hall, we ask for your cooperation in staggered entrance according to the recommended entrance time, and in coming to the concert with plenty of time to spare.

The customers in the 2nd and 3rd floor seats 13:15- / 1st floor seats 13:30-

Staff will visually check tickets at the door. Please tear off the ticket stubs by yourself. (Tickets will not be collected when you leave the venue.)

-The organizer staff will wear masks and gloves.
-If you feel ill in the venue, please contact the staff immediately.
-Adequate ventilation is provided in the auditorium.
-Disinfectant solution is available throughout the venue.
-In principle, programs and handouts will not be handed out; please bring them yourself from the program desk.
-Please take your temperature and disinfect your hands at the entrance of the venue.
-No visitors, autographs, or deliveries to the performers are allowed.
-The cloak room and merchandise sales in the lobby may not be available. Water machines are not available.
-Please refrain from crowded chatting in the lobby and other areas, and from talking in the seats.
-When using the restroom, please line up at a sufficient distance and disinfect your hands thoroughly.

On the stage

-All the performers and staff members of the performance will follow the guidelines to take measures against the COVID 19 infection, such as taking temperature, washing hands, and avoiding "3-dense".
-Performers are placed at a distance according to social distance guidelines.
-Clear shields (acrylic panels) will be placed between stringed instruments and wind instruments.
-We will provide special cloths for draining water from wind instruments, and dispose of them after use.
-The guidelines and social distance guidelines will be strictly observed in the backstage and dressing rooms.
